A320 direct entry First Officers
Candidates for direct entry First Officers shall have:
- Valid EASA Part FCL CPL (A) issued pilot license with passed ATPL theory (Frozen ATPL);
- Valid A320 type rating in license;
- Valid EASA Part MED certificate class 1;
- At least 500 block hours on A320 type;
- At least ICAO level 4 English proficiency.
NOTE: Pilots trained A320 type rating in SmartLynx ATO and showed good performance may be offered pilot positions in SmartLynx without previous experience on type.
