SunExpress was founded in October 1989 as a joint venture between Turkish Airlines and Lufthansa. Today SunExpress transports more than 7 million passengers per year. With more than 100 destinations, the SunExpress Streetnet offers a variety of nonstop connections between Europe and Turkey, Germany and destinations in the Red and Mediterranean, Tunisia, the Canary Islands, as well as the Sultanate of Oman. In February, the company signed a contract with Boeing to acquire 50 new aircraft. A total of 40 binding orders were placed for the Boeing 737-800NG and ten options for the Boeing 737-8 Max. With this purchase, SunExpress sets the course for the future. In addition, two SunExpress-powered Airbus A330s have been launched from Cologne / Bonn since 2015 in Eurowings. your qualifications
- Min. JAR CPL (A) / IR (A) license and IR on Multi Engine Aircraft
- ATPL (A) Theory test successful
- JAR FCL 3 Medical Class 1
- Minimum 1,000 total flight hours on aircraft MTOW> 20t JET
- MCC (must be purchased in the type rating course)
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Good knowledge of English (at least ICAO Level 4)
- Good knowledge of German (at least Language Level 5)
- Graduation, at least intermediate maturity and completed vocational training
- Unrestricted passport, right to work in Europe
- Existing type rating on Airbus A330 is an advantage
- Applicants with an ETOPS Experience, Long Range Experience, Wide-Body Jet Experience and Airbus Experience are preferred
