Dash 8 Q400 Captain
We ask for all applicants to comply with the following entry requirements:
- Valid EASA ATPL licence
- 2,500 total flying hours, including 1,000 Pilot In Command, multi-crew experience on an aircraft with a MTOW of no less than 10 tonnes
- Operated on the above aircraft type in this capacity within the last 12 months
- Hold a valid Instrument Rating/Type Rating
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Minimum ICAO English level 4
- Have the unrestricted right to live and work in the EEA
We have strengthened our offering for UK Direct Entry Captains*, including:
- Salary effective 1st April 2017 £67,034, rising to £70,895 on 1st April 2018 – yearly incremental increases thereafter
- Flight Duty Allowance payable and generous scheduling agreement payments when applicable
- 33 days Annual Leave and a minimum of 115 days off per year
- 12% Company Pension Contribution
- Type Rating bond of £18,000 for a period of one working day
- BALPA agreed Scheduling Agreement
- Life Assurance
- Private Medical Insurance
- Loss of Licence Insurance
- Rebate Travel – Flybe and Interline
- Aberdeen allowance equivalent to £500 per month until 31st March 2019 (this will apply to all Captains in Flybe who live, and are based, in Aberdeen)
