Synthetic Flight Examiners & Instructors SFE/SFI

What we’re looking for:

As part of our growth, we are recruiting Synthetic Flight Examiners (SFE) and Instructors (SFI) to deliver best in class training to our pilots. Reporting into the Chief Training Captain, you’ll be responsible for:

• Maintaining the highest standards of safety during all stages of synthetic flight training and examining.
• Maintenance of relevant qualifications and certificates, in order to conduct assigned duties. In particular ensuring that any instructor and examiner certificates issued by the Authority are valid before conducting any examining.
• Conducting ground based training as directed by the Chief Training Captain.
• Conducting examining and training as directed by the Chief Training Captain.

Requirements of the Role

What you’ll need

• A professional pilots licence and rating(s) (current or previous) related to the flying training courses you may conduct.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proven track record of effectively communicating and influencing at all levels.
• Comfortable in an ever changing external environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
