| Current Situation: | Recruitment open for First Officers. Internal upgrades to Capt temp cancelled until October due low FO crew numbers. All due to resignations. Currently recruiting for DEC Captains and First Officers. The current CEO is trying to cut T’s and C’s and even pay in a buoyant market when most airlines are giving pay raises and also recruiting. No pay rise from before COVID and is trying to block pilots from leaving the business as they are leaving in droves, mainly because of the CEO’s attitude towards staff. The current pathway to Mainline means you bypass the sifting stage of the application process but let’s face it, mainline is short of crew also.
