Assistant to the Flight Operations Manager
We have a vacancy for an Assistant to the Flight Operations Manager. This full time position is Antwerp based.
The tasks of the Assistant to the Flight Operations Manager comprise but are not limited to:
- Providing support to the Flight Operations Department, the Chief Operating Officer and the Flight Operations Manager
- Replacing the Flight Operations Manager for administrative matters during his absence
- Follow up of crew visas and crew badges
- Set up of new crew members in terms of IT accesses
- Administration of aircraft manufacturers documentation
- Providing administrative help in the editing and distribution of operations manuals
- In due course grow into the function of Electronic Flight Bag administrator
The successful candidate will have the following capacities:
- An interest in aviation
- Fluent in Dutch/English, knowledge of French is a bonus
- Excellent IT skills – Word, PowerPoint, Excel hold no secrets for you
- Stress resistant
- Experience in dealing with Authorities
