Brief Description
The role of a First Officer within Monarch is to deliver a safe and service focused operation to our customers. Flying as part of a friendly team, you will be expected to deliver the highest professional standards both in the air and on the ground.

· Ability to fly an A320!

Essential Job Requirements:
· UK ATPL (Frozen or Full) or willingness to convert to UK ATPL
· Class 1 medical
· Hold a current A320 Type rating – 500+ hours on type
· A valid passport allowing unrestricted EU travel.
· The unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
· Ability to live within 90 minutes of your base

Recruitment process:
The recruitment process is a 3 stage process:
Stage 1 – 3 online tests, these are:
· An Advanced Personality Questionnaire
· Cognitive Reasoning
· FAST – online assessment tool that gives an indication of an individual’s multi-tasking and learning potential.
Stage 2 – Assessment day – Next dates are 6th September 2016 and 7th September 2016
Stage 3 – SIM Assessment – Assessment dates TBA
Successful candidates will be entered into our hold pool from which an offer will be made on a business need basis.
You cannot reapply within 6 months if you were unsuccessful at any stage of the interview process.
