Ravenair provide Aerial Survey Aircraft and Flight Operation solutions to a wide range of organisations requiring imagery and other types of data collection throughout the UK and Europe. Flights are operated under EASA PART-SPO Specialised Operations.
We are currently seeking Task Specialists to operate aerial survey equipment carried onboard our aircraft. Training on use of the equipment will be given.
Application criteria is as follows:
Current EASA / UK Private Pilots Licence (PPL) Current Medical.
RT Licence with good RT skills – English ICAO Level 5 Good knowledge of airspace
Multi Engine Rating is advantageous
Have the right to reside and work in the UK and Europe
Full Driving Licence.
Duties include:
Fly as support to the Crew / PIC. Some flights will include flight in the Right Hand Seat of MEP aircraft, operating the radio and maintaining a look-out under the direction of the PIC.
Operate aerial survey system, assisting PIC with pre-flight preparation, aircraft turn rounds, aircraft refuelling, post flight and other associated duties.
Future opportunities available to progress as Pilot in Command when qualified (self funded) and having met the experience and competency requirements of The Company.
Salary: TBD, this is a salaried position.
Working pattern: 6 days on 2 days off
Holiday entitlement: 28 holidays a year
Base: Liverpool John Lennon Airport
Be prepared to be based away from Liverpool for a number of nights with accommodation and expenses paid by the company.
