In a nutshell

Virgin Atlantic is the UK’s only exclusively long-haul airline, and we’re proud to have one of the youngest, cleanest, and most technologically advanced twin-engine wide-body fleets in the sky. Our 787s are a smoother, quieter, and faster aircraft offering an incredible on board experience for our customers and crew alike.

Supporting the Commander and First Officer, you’ll provide consistent operational excellence above the clouds while maintaining our high safety standards.

Our teams are built around trust. You’ll communicate closely with our flight crew and ground teams when operating. Your actions will continue to enhance the brand’s reputation and impact our customers every time you report for duty.

The sky’s the limit when you embark on your two year journey as a Second Officer, with opportunities to progress to First Officer and Senior First Officer and finally onwards to Aircraft Commander.

We’ll provide the tools and development opportunities you need to thrive and grow through training and ongoing assessment of the professional and medical standards required by us and the CAA.
