Ground Instructors
Minimum requirements:
- At least 1 year of active experience at the operational level in the subject to be taught
- To have undergone a course of training in instructional techniques such as “Teaching & Learning” or “Train the Trainer”
- Previous experience in giving theoretical knowledge instruction
- At least ICAO English level IV or equivalent
- Presentation skills
- Public speaking skills
- Pedagogical skills
- Ability to provide feedback
- Ability to evaluate students’ progress
- Ability to adapt in a multicultural environment
- Ability to adapt to company‘s requirements and its students
- Continuous improvement, ability to accept criticism and learn from one’s own mistakes
