- Least 21 years old
- General technical college or university
- Valid pilot license CPL (IR) with ATPL theory issued by LBA
- Valid IR Rating on Multi Engine Aircraft
- Completed MCC training
- Valid Class 1 medical certificate
- Valid background check is advantageous
- Valid EU passport without restrictions
- Languages German least ICAO Level 4
- Languages English least ICAO Level 4
- Driving license B
- Fi and private e-mail address
- Successful Germania selection
