Compliance, Monitoring and Safety Manager
SaxonAir Charter Ltd are looking for an experienced Compliance, Monitoring and Safety Manager to join their team. This is a full-time position based at their headquarters in Norwich.
The main focus of the Compliance Monitoring and Safety Manager role is to have an overview and hold responsibility for all aspects of safety and compliance across the company, and in particular to ensure that the activities of the SaxonAir Flight Operations, Ground Operations, Crew Training and Maintenance Departments are being monitored. The role requires UK CAA Post Holder responsibility for compliance with all applicable external (CAA, EASA, ICAO & Customer) requirements, and any additional requirements defined by SaxonAir.
Experience within an aviation operational compliance management environment is preferred, as well as extensive knowledge of EASA AIR OPS and Part M regulations.
